All Team Members are responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, while performing their assigned tasks. Most positions are available full or part time.
Team Member (FT or PT)
Rings in sales and performs assigned store tasks, which include cleaning.
Shift Leader (FT or PT)
Leads, trains and assigns tasks to Team Members during assigned shifts.
Department Managers (FT or PT)
Responsible for overall performance of all store departments.
Leader In Training
Trains store leaders and qualified candidates for store leader positions.
Night Manager (FT or PT)
Leads, trains and assigns tasks to Team Members during night shifts, generally from 11 p.m. through 7 a.m.
Food Service Leader
Manages the food service department, Team, quality and profitability, with a strong attention to detail and quality.
Assistant Store Leader
Assists the Store Leader in hiring, training and leading store Team Members, as well as overseeing daily store operations.
Hires and trains Team Members, manages daily store operations, store profitability, expense and shrink control.
Positions are available in Operations, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Marketing and Human Resources.
